In collaboration with the Parishes of Central Saanich we meet on Fridays for lunch in the Holy Trinity Parish Hall for our Grief and Loss Circle. We meet with our First Nation neighbours to give support and understanding to each other. We all suffer some kind of loss. There are many different types of loss. We may lose a loved one, a job, a friend, the ability to hear or move quickly. Together we find strength to look ahead and move on. We share our stories, or we can just come and be quiet, knowing that the others in the circle understand and respect us.
